Screen surface: The screen surface is the part that is in direct contact with the material. It is a surface with regularly arranged holes of the same shape and size.

Sieve: The sieve and the combination of the screen surface and the screen frame form a sieve: a device for screening the sieve surface in a sieve frame.

How does the test sieve works?

The test sieve uses the vertical vibration motor as the vibration source of the whole machine,vibration of the upper vibrating plate is driven by a vibration motor,and the vibration is transmitted through the vibrating plate to the screen frame placed on the upper part of the vibrating plate,then the material particles smaller than the sieve mesh aperture are screened to the lower sieve frame by the sieve frame which needs to test the mesh number.After such screening, only the same granularity of material is left in each test screen to achieve the separation of different granularity and make sure the granularity composition of the material.The material in the screen frame can be filtered, graded and screened effectively.
